Make Your Own E-Liquid
What brings you
the best vaping experience? The answer is undeniably the e-liquid that adds to
the flavour and taste. The quality and flavour of the e-liquid have a major
impact on your vaping experience. However, did you know that you can concoct
the e-liquid yourself? You don’t need a laboratory to make this concoction; it
is not as tedious as you think. You can get it done at your very homely e-liquid factory. Here is the list of ingredients and
the procedure to concoct the e-liquid in our signature style.
● The
first step is to procure all the ingredients and equipment before we start:
1. VG: Vegetable Glycerin is a common ingredient
found in personal care products, food e-juice, and pharmaceuticals. This
slightly sweet and thick liquid produces those dreamy visible clouds while
vaping. VG adds sweetness to the flavour, which many of you will like.
2. PG: Propylene Glycol is the one giving flavour
to your e-juice. It is used in everything in which VG is used. This thin fluid
is tasteless and odourless, which is preferred by people who are inclined
towards flavour than the visible large clouds formed while vaping.
3. Flavour: There are a zillion flavours that you can add to
your e-liquid. You can even invent some by mixing flavours. It could be
flavours of fruits, candies, hard drinks, tobacco, coffee: the list goes on and
on.
Find a sterile space away from your kids
and pets before you start working on your eliquid. Now pick a recipe with few
flavours as this could be your first time. Use an e-liquid calculator to
measure the ingredients and fix the ratio. The total flavour should be 20% or
less to avoid blandness. Ensure to choose a ratio according to your requisites
for a visible cloud or a better flavour. Mix the measured ingredients one after
the other and screw the cap tight. Heat your e-liquid in hot water until the liquid turns
thin or 30 seconds.
Congratulations!
You have brewed your e-liquid for your Electronic cigarette. The next most
important and easiest step is steeping, which means you let the bottle rest for
some time by removing the cap for the liquid to breathe. Resting initiates the
flavours to blend perfectly. After steeping, label your bottle to jot down
details like ratio, strength, date, etc. Finally, store in a cool and dark
place away from kids and pets.
